The Annex
We've made our gorgeous annex a perfect retreat for groups, and families.
Flexible Sleeping: It comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests. The two bedrooms offer flexible arrangements with a king size bed that can become two singles, along with a separate twin room.
Extra Comfort: A comfortable double sofa bed and a double floor mattress are also available, ensuring everyone has a cozy spot to unwind for the night.

Changes and cancellations to bookings made up to 5 days prior to arrival are without charge.
Bookings cancelled within the 5 days before arrival will be charged a non-refundable cancellation fee of 25% of the booking cost.
Make yourself at home in our fully fitted kitchen, relax in the living room, or unwind in the cozy upstairs snug. The space is entirely yours with a separate entrance and excellent soundproofing.

Our location offers the best of both worlds. We are on a quiet, no-through road with direct footpath access to the Cotswold Way, yet only an 8-minute Uber ride from Cheltenham's vibrant centre, the famous Promenade, and the racecourse.

We are happy to welcome dogs, though we kindly ask they remain downstairs on the hard floors for their comfort.
